The Carol Escobar Show

I was contacted by local t.v. personality Carol Escobar who has a public access show in Humboldt. She asked me if I would play two songs during the break for her show which consisted of a variety of local interviews and sketches. I asked Alysia if she would join me, and thus, our first "television" performance.......

The Rebecca Kimbel Show

Rebecca Kimbel is a motivational speaker who dances in my tango group......She has a history that has catapulted her into a role of inspiration for many, especially women who have been dominated in polygamist societies.....I'm not going to speak about this topic here, as I'm not educated on the manner, but Rebecca is; and I encourage you to check out her website and stories, and also her YouTube channel where she interviews others who have gone through and overcome difficulties in their lives.........

Rebecca asked that one of my songs be the intro and outro to her YouTube channel interviews, and I was very honored at the request. She chose the song "Your Face" because the instrumental beginning with Alysia playing the violin and me playing the guitar flowed with the feeling of the sentiment behind the interviews, so please check out her site and support her endeavors!

The Rebecca Kimbel Show!

I was also Rebecca's first interview for her show, which at that time, was for a public broadcasting station in the Oakland area. After that project fell through, Rebecca moved her show and self produced on YouTube, and now she has over 80 interviews of people from various backgrounds that have overcome some difficulty in their lives........If you would like to hear the interview, click below.......
